In every classroom there are fast learners and slow learners, and every child will learn different concepts at a different rate. The National Curriculum is suited to the "average" child, which you'll see here doesn't mean every child. Here are our tips for assisting slower and faster learners through their academic education.

5 Tips for NAPLAN Preparation

We often get asked by parents with children in years 3, 5, 7 and 9 how to begin preparing for NAPLAN. Before we begin, we’ll start out by stating that NAPLAN is not a contest. It should not be used for bragging rights (“my child is smarter than yours”) or to humiliate teachers, schools or children. In saying this, we do believe children should be sufficiently prepared to sit their NAPLAN assessments.

What is NAPLAN?

NAPLAN was designed to grade educational achievement, by using a large-scale standard throughout Australia. In this sense, parents are able to understand how their child is performing academically according to the National standard.
